From enquiry to installed in five steps.
Most projects take 4 to 6 weeks from deposit to handover. Here's what happens in between.
- 01
Enquiry
Send us the product you're interested in, your Eircode or postcode and a photo of the space. We reply within one working day with a price and an honest view on access and planning.
- 02
Site check
For anything bigger than a kitchen pod we visit or do a video call to confirm the base, the route in for the lorry and where services will come from. No charge.
- 03
Deposit and build
You pay a deposit (% TBC), we confirm the spec, colour and door type, and your unit goes into production. You prepare the base in the meantime; we'll send a base drawing.
- 04
Delivery
The unit arrives on a HIAB lorry and is lifted onto your base. Allow a half day. We'll agree the date at least a week in advance.
- 05
Installation and handover
We level, fix down, fit doors and windows if they travelled separately, and walk you through the unit. Balance due on completion.
Preparing your base
- Concrete slab 100 to 150mm thick on compacted hardcore, or a compacted Type 1 hardcore pad with a level finish for kitchen pods
- Level to within 10mm across the footprint
- 100mm larger than the unit on each side
- Ducting in place for power (and water, for kitchens) before the slab is poured
We can recommend groundworks contractors in most counties if you'd rather not organise it yourself.
Delivery area
All 32 counties. Delivery is priced by distance from our base in [town, Co. X]; the quote will show it as a separate line.
Drawing: base plan, 4.2 × 6.2m slab with duct positions and 100mm margin
