16:10The SpaceHaus garden room is the same galvanised steel structure as our garage, with one long side replaced by a glazed wall: double doors, opening windows and a fixed transom above. Inside you get a plastered, lit, insulated room with a flat floor, ready for furniture.
Because the frame is steel and the panels are factory-made, there's no joinery on site and nothing to paint. It arrives finished.

Planning
Same as the garage: a 24m² single-storey room to the rear of a dwelling usually falls under the exemptions, provided it isn't used as a separate dwelling and enough garden remains. We'll flag anything that looks borderline before you order.
